Provide us basic information, as area where the service will be provided, type of cleaning that you need, and when you'll need it.

Scheduling 

With an approved quote and signed contract we will go ahead and find you the best day and time for your cleaning. Keep in mind that it can take us at least fifteen business days for next availability.

Visit

We will pay you a visit, in order to see the situation of the house, meet you in person, understand exactly what you need and give you a fair quote.

Cleaning Day

We will together determine a better way to us to access the house in case you aren't available, like provide a key or garage/door code. We guarantee no one will have access to it.

If the cleaning isn't cancelled beforehand and the team go to your house and aren't enable to enter, a fine of $80 will be applied for our trip and wasted time.

Quotation

After have understood your needs, we will provide you a quote through email where you can see detailed what will be done on the day of the cleaning, and pricing.  

After Cleaning

After the cleaning is done, payment options and a link for feedback will be send to your phone.

There you can tell us if it was successfully well done or we need to improve in something. Don't be shy, you'll be helping us with this.
